Banana Bread

 Banana Bread
I cannot tell you how many people say bread is hard to make.. I do not seem to have any problems but maybe I'm lucky. Thought I would share this wonderful recipe that's quick easy and cheap to make.
Bananas ( I find really ripe ones are the best tasting) I chop mine up before adding the ingredients to help make a lump free batter.
2/3 sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. Baking soda
Splash of Milk
Mix these altogether and then add 1 3/4 flour. Mix until it forms a batter and pour into sprayed bread pan. I line mine with Reynolds wrap to avoid clean up. Then bake for 20-30mins at 360.
I love making these for the Auction and selling them.
Happy Baking :O)
